Andrew Heffron - Building Engineer 

Andrew joined Byrnes & Associates to oversee our portfolio’s building maintenance team as Building Engineer in 2023.  He brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in hotel, commercial property, and residential maintenance and construction.  While employed with the Sonesta Hotels he oversaw the due diligence period with the sale of the Hotel RL with Byrnes & Associates, and was later asked to join the team at the newly branded Redwood Place at the former hotel.  Andrew’s advanced skills in complex preventive maintenance projects, repair of buildings and equipment, managing complex budgets, and overall building operations make him an essential member of the team. He is committed to delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships with our tenants and is excited to see Byrnes & Associates’ continued growth.
