T.J. Buggs - Leasing Manager

T.J. is a dedicated leasing agent at that joined our team in 2024 to lease-up our newly renovated apartment homes at Redwood Place.  He came with a profound understanding of Downtown Baltimore’s market and potential. Before joining Byrnes & Associates, Inc. T.J. worked for 7 years as Lead Leasing Consultant at 10 Light Street with Gables Residential Management, during this time he was also recognized for his achievements with a 1st place for the ‘PMA Leasing Professional Award’ for Baltimore City & Baltimore County Districts in 2018. Whilst working for Trinity Property Consultants as Lead Leasing Consultant & Leasing Manager, he was awarded the ‘Leasing Consultant of the Year’ in 2023. His positivity is contagious and extends to his exceptional customer service to everyone he encounters.
